You authorise Montay Group Limited T/A Montay Finance to send this application to any third party (the Finance Company) and agree that either Montay Group Limited or the Finance Company may do the following:
- You understand that Montay Group Limited/the Finance Company is asking for personal information about you to use Equifax Pty Ltd’s credit report service and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand to credit check you and that these organizations will give us personal information about you.
- You understand that we will give your personal information to Equifax Pty Ltd and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand and they will hold that information and use it to provide their credit reporting service.
- You understand that when other Equifax Pty Ltd and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand customers use the credit reporting service, they may give that information to them.
- You understand that we may use Equifax Pty Ltd’s credit report service and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand in the future for purposes related to the provision of credit to me. This may include the use of their monitoring services to include updates if information about you changes.
- You understand that if you default in your payment obligations to us, information about that default may be given to Equifax Pty Ltd and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand and Equifax may give that information about your default to their other customers.
We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

- location
- interactions with us
- billing or purchase information
- financial information
We collect your personal information in order to:
- financing and marketing purposes
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Under the Privacy Act 2020, I authorise Montay Group Limited to or the Finance Company to contact Equifax Pty Ltd and/or Centrix Credit Bureau Of New Zealand, Credit Providers, Finance Companies, my Employer, Landlord, Accountant, Bank, Solicitor or any other source including Government agencies, to obtain, check and exchange (both now and in subsequent applications) the protection and administration of any loan arising out of this application (both now and in the future) and to assist in the enforcement of any agreement between me and Montay Group Limited or the Finance Company. I understand I have the right to know who is collecting and holding information and also the right to have access to it and correct it if it is wrong.
